Here’s a near mint condition 300SL Ed.A owners manual. Says printed in Germany 3/57 on the last page.

Includes the Lubricants insert, which says valid July 1957 and the paper is slightly larger than the book and so it sticks out and has a small bend and tear, otherwise it may be missing in many manuals.
