This is an 11.5 x 5.75 inch foldout for the brake service stickers and mileage intervals for the models of the 1960’s up. This is a larger size than the service booklets so I think they were only available from the dealership.

I have another one missing the first 5 mileage stickers as you can see from the photo. It’s not listed for sale but if you’re interested let me know.
