HMC Mercedes Parts On-Line Refund Policy
This Return Policy governs HMC Mercedes acceptance of returns.

With Proof of Purchase
Return or exchange any item with original purchase receipt within 14 days requires (1) that you email us for a return authorization number, (2) the item must be in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, (3) include all original materials supplied with the item. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied, unless the item is under warranty and deemed so at the time of purchase. Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Credit will be issued to the same card used for on-line purchase.
Some merchandise, including opened gaskets and ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC GOODS are non-refundable. Third party or other outsourced merchandise, including certain Special Order, Commercial Tools and equipment are all subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
HMC Mercedes reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason.
You are responsible for packing, insurance, shipping fee, and proof of delivery on all returns. In the event the item is lost or damaged in transit back to us, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with your shipping carrier for reimbursement. Please allow 10-14 days from the time we receive the returned item for your refund to be processed.
Obtaining an Online Receipt
You can find a copy of your receipt in your Order Confirmation email as well as in the “Your Order Status” section of Your Account. If you did not register with us and cannot locate your Order Confirmation email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on where to ship the return.
