Here’s an original mounting bracket for the outside mirror of the W110 Gooseneck and rectangular bases.

If you’re car was built without a passenger side rear view mirror then you’ll need this along with a couple of split washers and 10mm nuts to mount it to the inside of the door.

I show it with the mirror studs.
